Preparing for the Final Moment
Not long ago, I have done up my Will and got 2 good friends to be my witnesses. (Special thanks to Chung & Mark)
This is to ensure that there are no complications in distribution of my estate.
I had prepared my LPA (Lasting Power of Attorney) and had it registered, hope that it will not be needed.
Life Moment (Full circle)
Life has been fairly good to me. I don’t have any compliant or regrets in my life.
After leaving secondary school at 17 I joined the Navy, at 21 I married my school sweetheart, at 27 I welcome my 1st daughter, at 29 I welcome my 2nd daughter. Normal like everyone else and complete.
Somehow, I graduated from the Full circle, and was Single again. Got Divorced.
After 30 years of marriage, I was told that I am no longer needed in the family.
It was like getting the Red Card and got send off.
I did not protest her decision. I just told her that if it is what she wanted I will concede.
The year was 2011. PAP lost a GRC in the election and I lost my family.
Life Moment (Blank)
At 51, I was a wanderer, moving from place to place, not having a home (or house).
I did not expect much of life. Sometimes I wondered why I wasted 30 years doing it. (If I know of such outcome)
From 51 to 56, my life was a BLANK.
I couldn’t remember much of this period of my life.
I am trying to recall the bit and pieces of it.
Hopefully I can face up to the facts and acknowledge and accept them.
Life Moment (Restart)
At 56. I met my present wife Thanyada.
We dated for 3 years and officially married on 28 June 2019. (Special thanks to Winston & Eric who were my witnesses)
Thanyada brought me back to normalcy.
Now I have a home sweet home.
It is our 5 years anniversary today!

I am very thankful to Thanyada for giving me the opportunity to share her life with me.
These 8 years together was filled mostly with joy & happiness.
Although we had our fair share of misunderstandings and getting to know each other better situations, we managed to overcome them.
It is really my good fortune to be able to start life afresh.
Life Moment (Present)
At 64, I would say my life is complete. What more to ask for in life?
I had reflected on my past and promised to make good all that I have erred.
And to move onwards without repeating past mistakes, putting the best forwards.
I found solace in cultivating simplicity. Practicing mindfulness.
Life Moment (Future)
My goal is to devote myself to my wife.
Guiding her, supporting her in all her endeavors.
Personally myself, I hope to attain my true worth of my life.
The Final Moment
Am I ready for the Final Moment?
One can never say that one is ready.
I can only say that I am prepared for the Final Moment.
